Reflection Term 2

Reading
I have learnt to search for clues in my book and then write the answer.I show my work in a different ways. I finish my comprehension on time then show my work to the teacher.I answer my questions that is right not wrong.I find the answer easy but kind of hard.I rush some of my work and made some mistake.Next time I will finish my work on time and do the next activity.I will not make a mistake and do it properly.

Writing
This term I have learnt that I can do my work properly and look at my sentences. I will do it properly next time.I have done my writing and how I first got my netbook and it is fun.I look at the
key vocab and my spelling too.I will do my writing in a great sentence and check it properly.I make sure my sentences are all right  and no mistakes.To improve I have to make sure that I can do my writing without mistakes, I have to work harder. Next Term I will work harder and then check my spelling.

Art Gallery

I felt thrilled when I went in the hall. It was cool because it had lots of pictures. The pictures were awesome how they have detail and colours.That was fun and we get to watch a short movie.


We saw lights and mood when we got there, and I saw my sisters one. It was dark and there were lots of classes that did well with they art.Some of us heard the music but I didn't.


The art gallery was fun and cool we get to go and look at lots of things. I looked at Room One and then went and lined up.


My favourite art was the Animals because it got designs and shapes, it was by Room One. Room One had good designs and bright colours. It was amazing what they did.


I hope next time I can go they again and look at different pictures. It was fun and cool but some of them were funny.I hope that there might be a better Art Gallery next time.

Dancing Bees

Clay Workshop

The bus was full of kids and it was noisy. They were singing loud that I could not hear anything. It was a long ride to Youth Town and it was kind of boring on the bus but I had fun. I was waving at people and I was playing with Cowan.

The clay was squishy and gooey when I touched the clay. We used sparkly glass but it was sharp. Tamati helped us to make lots of things so as Raves mum and Miss Ouano.

We went to the pool and the swam around and it was warm and the other end is deep so I didn't go their. Room 14 was swimming and playing in the pool then we played lots of games in the pool.The other class went to clay and they have to design what they wanted.

That was fun at the swimming pool that we got to play and dive in the pool.It was fun at Youth Town and time to go back to school.

We went back to Pt England and then had lunch and then went and played.

My Weekend

On Saturday I played on my PS2 and I played and an army game and it was cool.
I had fun then my little brother turn it off then I open it back up.
My little brother and I had fun and I  had to keep him beside me.


When I finish playing I went to the shop with my mum and my sister and brother.
I went and got a beyblade and then my brother played with it.
I got  beyblade  galley because it was fast. Then my brother made it slow.


My brother liked playing with my beyblades because he is going to get one.
My brother and I are going to challenge each other with our beyblades.
I like playing with my beyblade.

P.E.P.A Concert show

Yesterday we had P.E.P.A concert at the hall and it was amazing show on the stage the tamaki college boy went crazy and some of us went “WOW”. I like the Rapping when Isea did the dagey.My favirourtes part was the Rapping and the Hip Hop.

The light went off then the show started and it was the best. Everyone like the show and they danced really will. In the show they did crazy moves and different moves.

My Camp Movie

My movie is about Camp and the year 5 went to
Camp and it's cool and when you are a year 5 you can go too.

Your Task: To paint your photo using the colours you have chosen. Use your final draft to help you figure out what four colours you need for your backgrounds.

1. How do you feel about the work you did? Why?
I  felt happy of my work that I have finished it on Thursday. It has light colours and it is coolI like using light colous.

2. What do you feel that you did well? Why?
I did well on my colours and painted it properly and no mistakes.

3. What do you feel you did not so well? Why?
When I used dark brown because my eye was dark brown.

4. What would you do differently next time? Why?
I will do it properly and do no mistakes again. Next time I will do it properly and look what I was doing.

Andy Warhol's Biography

I really enjoy looking at the bright colours and bold lines that are used for Andy Warhol’s art. Warhol was a pop artist who was full of life and talent.

Andrew Warhola was born on August the 6th 1928. He was born in Pennsylvania because his mum wanted  to live there. His family came from Slovakia and moved to USA for a better jobs. Andy Warhol could draw pictures.He got a disease called chorea and he had to stay in bed. Andy drew and coloured his art and he got his treat. Warhol got a chocolate bar when he finished his colouring books and his mum will gave him it every day.

Andy Warhol went to Schenley high school to colour and paint. He was quiet and had white hair and no one would be his friend. Andrew liked to collect pictures like Mao, Marilyn and Mohamed ali. Warhola went to a University called Carnegie Institute of Technology and made pictures.

During 1960 Andy started to create pop art. Andy painted Soup cans and coca cola and magazine.

Andy warhol died in 1987. Andy was 20 when he got shot 3 time.
I think that Andrew Warhola was a talented man.His artwork was always magnificent and powerful.

Dancing Bee

This picture is about bees that make honey and the story has written by Lynette Bradley and he like to write this story like J.K Rowling. The bees are dancing to make lots of honey to eat and make baby bees.They are the worker bees because they go get the flower nectar then change it to the real honey.

Your Task: To complete a draft for our Pop Art. You must make sure you count all the colours you need and plan what colours you are going to invert before you colour. We need to make a draft so that we know exactly what colours we use when we start our screen printing. 

How do you feel about the work you did? 

I felt bored because it take me forever to colour in.

What did you do Good?

I did some light colours. You needs to use light colours because you can see you face or body.

What did you do Bad?

I did lots of dark colours.

What would you do differently next time?

I will do use more light colours .

The Partly Cloudy

"PARTLY CLOUDY"Movie.

Pixar created the movie  called Partly Cloudy. They are cool they made Monsters  inc,Toy story, Cars and Lorax.

The Characters were the cloud and the stork that took them to the families. One dark cloud make dangerous babies like snappy crocodiles,  he got snapped in the head.

He made lost of dangerous Babies and the stork couldn't handle it.It was dangerous when he got eaten and then came back alive. It was a little bit scary.

The korero is to be a true friend and be kind and do nice things.Do not be mean to others that's not your friend, true friends always help each other.

It’s a good and funny film to watch.The stork was funny when he came back with the spikes.The last part is funny when the stork went away and the cloud was sad.
